摘要
基于B/S的企业办公自动化系统应用到计算机网络技术、数据库技术等相关技术,是一套综合性的管理系统。之所以开发该系统,主要目的是更好管理企业个人办公信息、分发处理等流程,以便帮助企业拥有更加高效的管理模式。笔者基于企业网络自动化的需求,利用信息手段,通过相应的技术,有效解决了组织机构管理等问题,并建立了完整的管理机制,使得工作效率得到了有效提高,并推动了企业办公工作的规范化。
B/S based enterprise office automation system applied to computer network technology,database technology and other related technologies,is a comprehensive management system.The development of the system,the main purpose is to better manag e the company's personal office information,distribution processes,in order to help enterprises have a more efficient management model.The enterprise network automation based on the needs of the use of information means,through appropriate technology,can effectively solve the problems such as organization management,and establish a complete management system,the work efficiency is effectively improved,and promote the enterprise standardization work.
