摘要
科学技术的不断发展,推进我国社会和经济的快速进步,软件工程的出现,带动社会对软件工程人才的需求逐步增加[1]。在新形势下,人们开始关注对软件工程人才的培养。笔者主要研究在新形势下,软件工程人才培养的状况以及培养过程中出现的有关问题,并依据存在的问题提出相应的解决方式,不断推进软件工程人才培养质量的提升。
With the continuous development of science and technology,to promote the rapid progress of our society and economy,the emergence of software engineering,driven by the social needs of software engineering personnel gradually increased.Under the new situation,people begin to pay attention to the training of software engineering talents.The main research in the new situation,the issues related to software engineering personnel training status and training process,and on the basis of the existing problems and puts forward the corresponding solutions,continuously promote the culture to enhance the quality of software engineering talents.
