摘要 随着中国高等教育信息化不断发展创新,绩效考核管理系统对于高职院校教职工考核管理的规范化、科学化、效益化具有重大意义。笔者通过对高职院校教职工绩效考核现状进行深入分析,结合当前高等职业学院考核方法方式以及遇到的问题,分别从建设背景、建设目标、建设内容、系统实现等方面阐述基于J2EE的高职院校绩效考核管理系统的设计与实现。 With the continuous development and innovation of China’s higher education information,the performance appraisal management system has great significance to the standardization,scientific and effective evaluation of the teaching and management of higher vocational colleges.In this paper,through the in-depth analysis of the present situation of the performance appraisal of faculty and staff in higher vocational colleges,combined with the current higher vocational college assessment methods and the problems encountered,this paper expounds the design and implementation of university performance appraisal management system based on J2EE from the aspects of construction background,construction goal,construction content and system realization and so on.
