摘要
教学改革给多校区大学教学管理工作带来了极大的挑战，要求每一位工作人员以更快的效率、更高的水平才能保证学校教学工作正常开展。信息技术的发展为教学管理工作提供了有利条件，即时通讯工具QQ以其丰富的功能、优越的跨平台性，已成为教学管理工作重要的辅助工具之一。通过QQ群等功能，建立了教务处与学院、管理者与实施者之间的快速高效的双向沟通平台，在信息传达、意见征集、资源共享、技术支持、远程培训等方面发挥了重要作用。
The reform of teaching has brought great challenges to the teaching management of multi campus universities,it requires each staff to ensure the normal development of the teaching work in a more efficient and higher level.The development of information technology has provided the favorable conditions for the teaching management,the instant messaging tool QQ has become one of the important auxiliary tools for the teaching management with its rich functions and excellent cross platform.Through the QQ group and other functions,is established between the office and School of management,and implementation of the fast and efficient two-way communication platform,has played an important role in conveying information,collect opinions,sharing resources,technical support,remote training etc..
