摘要
笔者将研究如何借助VBA模块在Excel表格形式的调查问卷中,以自动收发邮件的方法回收调查问卷。本研究中的方法在嵌入Excel表格的VBA环境中均已测试成功,说明使用该种方法来回收问卷是可行的。利用这种方法来回收调查问卷的优点首先是成本极低,其次是不会给用户带来不便,而调查人员在使用时也无需过多的计算机专业知识,只需简单操作便可轻松收集调查数据,因此,从理论上来讲能够在一定程度上提高问卷的回收率,具有一定的使用价值。同时,文中阐述了整个过程的设计思想,介绍使用CDO.message组件来发送邮件的方法,以及使用Jmail组件接收邮件的具体方法及核心代码,旨在以低成本、简单实用的方式实现较高的问卷回收率。
The author will study how to use VBA module in the form of Excel form of the questionnaire to automatically send and receive e-mail method to recover the questionnaire.The methods in this study have been successfully tested in the VBA environment embedded in the Excel table,indicating that it is feasible to use this method to recycle the questionnaire.The advantage of using this method to recycle the questionnaire is that the cost is extremely low,followed by inconvenience to the user,and the investigators do not need too much computer expertise to use it,only need to collect the survey data with a simple operation,so theoretically speaking,it can improve the recovery rate of the questionnaire in a certain extent,,with a certain value.At the same time,the paper describes the design of the whole process,and introduces the use of CDO.message components to send e-mail,and the use of Jmail components to receive e-mail specific methods and core code,aimed at low-cost,simple and practical way to achieve a high questionnaire recovery rate.
