政府在发挥管理和服务职能时充分应用现代网络技术、通讯技术和计算机技术,使得政府部门内部和外部的优化整合和重组得以实现,管理和服务变得越来越高效。为了有效提高公共服务的水平和效率,许多国家的政府在管理时常常利用信息技术,在这种形势下,电子政务对电子信息技术的依赖性越来越强。
The government has made full use of modern network technology,communication technology and computer technology in the process of carrying out management and service functions,which makes the internal and external government departments to optimize the integration and reorganization can be achieved and the management and service have become more and more efficient.In order to effectively improve the level and efficiency of public services,many governments in the management of the time often use information technology.In this situation,E-government is becoming more and more dependent on electronic information technology.
