摘要
目的调查农村留守儿童喂养方式及膳食供给状况,发现留守儿童群体中有可能存在的问题。方法选取2个留守儿童集中的县,调查6个月至7岁及以下农村留守儿童和非留守儿童共1 474人,留守儿童737人,对照组儿童737人。采取问卷调查的方式,调查其喂养方式及膳食习惯。结果留守儿童4个月内母乳喂养率为60.70%,而非留守儿童母乳喂养率为74.10%。留守儿童平均断乳年龄为7.94个月,非留守儿童平均断乳年龄为9.56个月。非留守儿童监护人营养知识得分高于留守儿童。结论留守儿童母乳喂养率低,吃母乳的时间短,监护人营养知识缺乏,膳食习惯不良,容易导致留守儿童营养供给不良,需要政府、社会、家庭采取措施予以干预。
Objective To investigate the feeding patterns and dietary habits of left-behind children in rural areas,so as to find out the potential nutritional problems in left-behind children group.Methods A total of 1 474 children aged from six months to seven years old in two rural counties were surveyed with questionnaires on the feeding patterns and dietary habits,among which,737 were leftbehind children while the other 737 were non-left-behind children.The left-behind children group was identified as case group,and the other matched group was control group.Results The breast-feeding rate within 4 month of case group was 60.70%,compared with 74.10%for control group.The average weaning age of case group was at 7.94 month,while the average weaning age of control group was at 9.56 month.The score of the guardians'nutritional knowledge of case group was higher than that of control group.Conclusion The breast-feeding rate of left-behind children is at a low level,and the breast-feeding time of them is very short.Moreover,their guardians lacked nutritional knowledge and cultivated their unhealthy dietary habits.As a result,it is more likely to lead to poor nutrition supply to them,which requires the comprehensive intervention methods of govemment,society and families.
