摘要 为了解决传统的阀厅人工巡检方式所存在的效率低下,巡检覆盖率与及时性等无法得到保证的问题,开发设计了基于智能轨道的阀厅巡检机器人系统。采用笔者公司独家研制的一款智能轨道行走式挂载系统,并挂载音视频采集设备、影音播放设备、自动化机电设备等,构成智能机器人巡检系统,实现定时巡检、触发巡检、报警联动巡检等功能。结果表明,所开发系统有效地解决了人工巡检的局限性,降低了变电站危险区域人工巡检存在的安全隐患,且提高了变电站运行设备巡检效率。 To resolve the low efficiency problem of the traditional manual valve hall inspection mode and the problem that the inspection coverage rate and timeliness cannot be guaranteed,a valve hall inspection robot system based on intelligent track is developed and designed.A smart track walking mount system exclusively developed by Jiangsu Electric Power Company is adopted,and the audio-video acquisition device,audio-video playback device,automated mechanical and electrical device,and other devices are mounted to constitute the smart robot inspection system and realize functions such as regular inspection,trigger inspection,and alarm linkage inspection.The results show that the developed system can effectively resolve the limitation of manu-al inspection,reduce the hidden danger of manual inspection in dangerous areas of the transformer substation,and improve the inspection efficiency of the transformer substation's running equipment.
