摘要
目的:探讨前列腺增生围手术期护理的效果。方法:收治前列腺增生患者80例,分为常规组和护理组。两组均采用手术治疗,常规组采用常规护理,护理组采用护理干预,比较两组治疗效果。结果:护理组的并发症发生率和护理满意率均显著优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:在前列腺增生手术患者围手术期进行有效的护理干预,护理效果更佳,能降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of perioperative nursing of prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:80 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected.They were divided into the routine group and the nursing group.The two groups were all treated by surgery.The routine group was given routine nursing,and the nursing group was given the nursing intervention.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The incidence of complications and the rate of nursing satisfaction in the nursing group were significantly better than those of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of effective nursing intervention on the perioperative period of the patients with prostatic hyperplasia was better.It can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
