摘要
目的:探讨CT诊断胰腺炎的临床价值。方法:收治胰腺炎患者40例。所有患者均采用飞利浦64排CT检查,观察检查结果。结果:经CT确诊胰腺炎38例,漏诊2例,确诊率95.0%。结论:CT诊断胰腺炎能清晰显示胰腺组织影像改变分级,提高临床诊断率。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of CT in the diagnosis of pancreatitis.Methods:40 patients with pancreatitis were selected.All patients received the PHILPS 64 row CT examination.We observed the results.Results:38 cases of pancreatitis were confirmed by CT and 2 cases were missed,and the rate of diagnosis was 96%.Conclusion:CT diagnosis of pancreatitis can clearly show the classification of pancreatic tissue imaging changes and improve the clinical diagnostic rate.
