摘要
目的:探讨桑菊合麻杏石甘汤治疗老年哮喘的效果。方法:收治哮喘患者70例,随机分成对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用桑菊合麻杏石甘汤,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率和FEV_1值均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:桑菊合麻杏石甘汤治疗老年哮喘的效果显著。
Objective:To explore the effect of Sang Ju He Ma Xing Shi Gan Decoction in the treatment of asthma in the elderly.Methods:70 patients with asthma were chosen,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with routine medication,and the observation group added with Sang Ju He Ma Xing Shi Gan Decoction on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate and FEV1 value of the observation group were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Sang Ju He Ma Xing Shi Gan Decoction in the treatment of asthma in the elderly was significant.
