摘要
高校建立完善的内部教育质量监控体系是保障人才培养质量的关键,ISO9001—2015标准是现代最先进的质量管理思想、模式和方法,适用于各行各业任何类型和规模的组织。本文论述了高校引入ISO9001标准的作用和意义,结合广州航海学院建立实施质量管理体系的实践经验,阐述了高校建立实施基于ISO9001—2015标准的质量管理体系的过程和方法。
The establishment of internal education quality control system in universities is the key guarantee for the quality of talent cultivation.The ISO9001-2015 standard is the most advanced modern quality management theory,model and method.It can be used by any organization,large or small,regardless of its field of activity.This paper discusses the role and significance of the introduction of ISO9001 standard in universities.Combined with the practice of Guangzhou Maritime University,the process and method to establish and implement quality management system of ISO9001-2015 standard in universities is expounded.
