摘要
目的:观察护理行为关怀在重症监护室(ICU)护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年4月-2017年4月本院ICU收治的80例患者的临床资料进行统计分析,依据护理方法将其分为护理行为关怀组和常规基础护理组,每各40例,常规基础护理组患者接受常规基础护理,护理行为关怀组患者接受常规基础护理联合护理行为关怀,对两组患者的焦虑状态评分、舒适度、护理满意度进行统计分析。结果:护理行为关怀组患者的焦虑状态评分显著低于常规基础护理组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理行为关怀组患者的舒适度为87.5%(35/40)显著高于常规基础护理组67.5%(27/40),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理行为关怀组患者的护理满意度为97.5%(39/40),显著高于常规基础护理组的77.5%(31/40),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理行为关怀在ICU护理中的应用效果好,能够有效缓解患者的焦虑状态,提升舒适度及护理满意度,值得推广。
Objective:To observe the application effect of nursing behavior care in intensive care unit(ICU)nursing.Method:The clinical data of 80 patients in our hospital ICU from April 2015 to April 2017 were statistically analyzed,according to the nursing method,they were divided into nursing behavior care group and routine basic nursing group,40 cases in each group.The routine basic nursing group received routine basic nursing,and nursing behavior care group received routine basic care combined with nursing behavior care,the anxiety status score,comfort degree and nursing satisfaction of two groups were statistically analyzed.Result:The anxiety state score of nursing behavior care group was significantly lower than that of routine basic care group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comfort degree of nursing behavior group was 87.5%(35/40),which was significantly higher than 67.5%(27/40)of routine basic nursing group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of nursing behavior care group was 97.5%(39/40),which was significantly higher than 77.5%(31/40)of routine basic nursing group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of nursing behavior care in ICU nursing is good,can effectively relieve the anxiety state of patients,improve comfort and nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of promotion.
