摘要
在供给侧结构改革背景下,提高新生代农民工就业稳定性有利于减少企业运营成本,深化企业人力资源的整合。本文运用logit模型对新生代农民工就业稳定性影响因素进行了实证分析。研究结果显示:年龄、月工资收入、是否拖欠工资、工作时长、工作环境满意度、工作经验、职业技能掌握情况、择业机会识别、职业发展观对新生代农民工就业稳定性有显著性影响。基于以上改革背景及研究结果,本文提出相关的政策与建议,以期提高新生代农民工就业稳定性。
In the context of supply-side structural reform,improving the employment stability of the new generation of migrant workers will help to reduce the operating costs of enterprises and deepen the integration of human resources.This paper makes an empirical analysis on the factors influencing the employment stability of the new generation of migrant workers via the Logit model.Age,monthly income,unpaid wages,working hours,work environment satisfaction,work experience and professional skills,identification of job opportunities,and career development have significant influence on the stability of the new generation migrant workers.Based on the above reform background and research results,relevant policies and suggestions are put forward to improve the employment stability of the new generation of migrant workers.
