摘要
梳理丹麦政府关于空间技术的国家战略文件,基于三螺旋理论,从政府、科研机构和产业的角度剖析丹麦空间技术政产学研合作发展的基本策略,分析各主体的角色和相互交叉、彼此协同的职能,构建三螺旋模型,剖析该模型形成的外部要素、内在动因和衍化机制。在此基础上,总结相关经验,对影响中国经济社会发展却整体能力有待提升的关键技术研发的政产学研协同提出参考建议。
This article analyzes the national strategy and other research reports on the space technologies released by Denmark government.On the basis of the theory of triple helix,this paper explores the development strategy of space from the angle of government,university and industry,explains the respective role of the three parties and their functions in a cross and synergistic manner,then constructs a triple helix model,analyzes the external elements,intrinsic motivation and evolution mechanism that form the model.On this basis,the author summarizes the relevant experience,and then gives some recommendations for govemment-industry-universityresearch institute cooperation of key technology research.
