摘要
介绍FQ1850大卷径铝箔分切机工艺流程和开卷机结构。分析现有开卷机在使用过程中出现的问题,对开卷机锥头结构进行优化设计,解决开卷机存在的问题,降低了设备操作人员的劳动强度,提高了设备的整体性能。
This paper introduces the technological process of FQ1850 large diameter aluminum foil slitter and the structure of the unwinding coiler,analyses the problems existing in operating process of the unwinding coiler.Through the structural optimization design of the unwinding coiler cone-head,the problems existing in the unwinding coiler are solved,the labour intensity of the operators is reduced and its whole performance is improved.
