摘要
利用平面携带流反应器模拟煤粉在炉膛中燃烧的高温环境,研究了不同煤粉细度下NO_x的沿程分布,并研究了煤粉体积分数对NO_x生成的影响.研究结果显示,对于相同细度的煤粉,NO_x体积分数随着高度的增加呈现先增加后下降的趋势.煤粉细度的减小明显降低了NO_x体积分数,而煤粉体积分数的增加会导致NO_x体积分数增加.基于实验中得到的煤粉细度与NO_x排放的关系,对减小煤粉细度进行了经济分析,并对传统的煤粉经济细度定义进行了讨论和修正.
The combustion environment of pulverized coal in the furnace was simulated using Hencken burner,and the distribution of NOx under different pulverized coal sizes was studied.The effect of coal concentration on NOx formation was also studied.The results show that for pulverized coal of the same size,NOx concentration increases first and then decreases with height.The reduction in pulverized coal size significantly reduces NOx concentration,and the increase of pulverized coal concentration promotes NOx formation.Based on the relationship between pulverized coal size and NOx emission,the economic analysis of coal size was conducted,and the definition of traditional economic coal size was discussed and revised.
