摘要
目的:对0~1岁小儿神经心理发育测评结果进行分析,对早期干预效果进行探讨。方法:对2011年3月-2017年7月本院儿科门诊2 795例0~1岁小儿进行的小儿神经心理发育测试,115例小儿测试结果异常的小儿作为观察组,给予早期干预;选取同期115例测试结果正常的小儿作为对照组。比较两组小儿干预前后的治疗效果。结果:观察组小儿干预后3个月与干预前对比,各项评分均大幅提升,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后与对照组比较,各项差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对小儿早期发育用神经心理发育方法测评,能及时发现异常发育小儿,给予早期干预,可促进小儿健康成长。
Objective:To evaluate the neuropsychological development of children aged 0~1 years,and to explore the effect of early intervention.Method:The neuropsychological development test of 2 795 children aged 0~1 year in the outpatient department of pediatrics of our hospital from March 2011 to July 2017 year were tested,115 children with abnormal test results were given early intervention as observation group,115 children with normal test results were selected as control group.The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared.Result:In the observation group,the scores of each index were significantly increased after intervention 3 months compared with those before intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in each index between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The early development of children can be detected by the method of neuropsychological development,and early intervention can promote the healthy growth of children.
