摘要
目的:研究探讨引导骨组织再生(GBR)技术用于牙种植术的护理配合。方法:选择2015年1月-2017年1月本院牙种植患者80例,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规入院护理,观察组采取综合护理干预,观察两组患者的治疗效果、满意度。结果:观察组满意度为97.5%明显高于对照组87.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后没有出现麻木、剧烈疼痛、不适感,没有种植体暴露、创口裂开、出血等,X线显示愈后较好。结论:对于牙种植患者,使用引导骨组织再生技术,可以有效改善术中骨组织不足的症状,对其进行综合护理干预可以提高治疗的效果的满意度,值得在今后患者的治疗过程中应用。
Objective:To study the nursing cooperation of guiding bone tissue regeneration(GBR)technique for dental implants.Method:80 patients in our hospital dental implants were selected from January 2015 to January 2017,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given normal hospital care,observation group adopt comprehensive nursing intervention,the therapeutic effect and satisfaction of two groups were observed.Result:The satisfaction rate of observation group was 97.5%,higher than the control group of 87.5%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Postoperative,observation group had no numbness,severe pain,discomfort,implant exposure,split wound,bleeding,and so on,after X-ray showed the better.Conclusion:For patients with dental implants,using guided bone tissue regeneration technology,can effectively improve the symptoms of bone deficiency in the book,carry on the comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the satisfaction of the effects of the treatment,is worth application in the treatment of patients in the future.
