摘要
目的:探索可视化脂肪移植在面部整形中的应用价值和安全性。方法:回顾性分析2014年8月-2016年6月本院收治的87例面部凹陷患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式不同将患者分为观察组(n=51)和对照组(n=36)。对照组采用自体脂肪颗粒移植术进行治疗,观察组采用三维可视化脂肪颗粒移植的方式进行治疗,观察对比两组患者的疗效和并发症发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组患者总有效率为94.12%(48/51),对照组为88.89%(32/36),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率为1.96%(1/51),显著低于对照组的16.67%(6/36),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:可视化脂肪移植技术可以精确定位面部凹陷部位,避免脂肪颗粒进入面部血管,减少术后并发症发生,对患者的伤害小,是面部整形美容治疗的有效手段。
Objective:To explore the application value and safety of visible fat transplantation in facial plastic surgery.Method:A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 87 patients with facial depressions were treated as subjects in the hospital from August 2014 to June 2016,according to the treatment pattern,they were divided into the observation group(n=51)and the control group(n=36).The control group was treated with autologous fat granule transplantation,and the observation group was treated with 3D visualization of fat granule transplantation.The efficacy and complication rates of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:After treatment,the overall effective rate was 94.12%(48/51)of the observation group,and the overall effective rate was 88.89%(32/36)in the control group,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 1.96%(1/51),which was significantly lower than 16.67%(6/36)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The technique of visual fat transplantation can accurately locate the depressed part of the face,avoid fat particles entering the facial blood vessel,reduce the complications after operation,and do little harm to the patients,it is an effective method for facial plastic and cosmetic treatment.
