摘要
目的探讨内生场深部热疗治疗恶性胸腹水患者的临床护理。方法回顾性分析2015年10月~2016年10月于江门市人民医院收治的恶性胸腹水患者120例,根据护理措施不同将其分为个性化组及常规组各60例。常规组给予常规护理,个性化组在此基础上实施个性化护理,统计分析两组患者干预后舒适度、并发症发生及护理满意度情况。结果个性化组患者整体舒适度评分及高度舒适率高于常规组,轻度舒适率个性化组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),中度舒适率两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。个性化组患者总并发症发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。个性化组患者护理满意率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对内生场深部热疗治疗恶心胸腹水患者实施个性化护理能促进患者舒适,减少并发症发生,同时提高护理满意度,值得临床作进一步推广。
Objective To discuss the clinical nursing strategies in endogenous field-deep thermal therapy for patients with malignant polyserous effusions.Methods A total of 120 patients with malignant polyserous effusions were selected in our hospital between October 2015 and October 2016.All patients were divided into the personalized group(60 cases)and the control group(60 cases)randomly;the patients in control group were provided with conventional nursing intervention,and the patients in personalized group were provided with personalized care.The comfortable response rate,complication rate and nursing satisfaction were analyzed after intervention.Results The overall comfort ratings and the response rate of highly comfortable in the personalized group was significantly higher than those in the control group,and this difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mildly comfortable response rate of the personalized group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no difference of moderately comfortable response rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the personalized group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Endogenous field-deep thermal therapy in patients with malignant polyserous effusions combined with a personalized nursing strategy,can promote the patient comfort,reduce complications and improve nursing satisfaction.It is worth further application in clinic.
