摘要
目的:研究非酒精性脂肪肝患者血浆胎球蛋白-A(Fetuin-A)表达对动脉粥样硬化及心血管事件发生的影响。方法:选取2015年1月-2016年1月本院诊治的90例非酒精性脂肪肝患者为观察组,同时期的90例健康体检者为对照组,比较两组的Fetuin-A表达水平、血脂表达水平、c IMT、脉搏波传导速度指标及心血管事件发生率,并比较观察组中不同血浆Fetuin-A表达水平者的血脂水平、c IMT、脉搏波传导速度指标及心血管事件发生率;采用Pearson分析血浆Fetuin-A表达与血脂、c IMT、脉搏波传导速度指标及心血管事件发生的相关性。结果:观察组血浆Fetuin-A表达水平、血脂水平、c IMT、脉搏波传导速度指标、心血管事件发生率均高于对照组,且观察组中血浆Fetuin-A表达较高者上述指标均高于血浆Fetuin-A表达较低者,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,血浆Fetuin-A表达与血脂水平、c IMT、脉搏波传导速度指标及心血管事件发生呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:非酒精性脂肪肝患者血浆Fetuin-A表达对动脉粥样硬化及心血管事件发生的影响较大,应重视对非酒精性脂肪肝患者血浆Fetuin-A表达的监测与改善。
Objective:To observe the influence of plasma Fetuin-A expression on atherosclerosis and cardiovascular events in patients with non-alcohol fatty liver disease.Method:90 patients with non-alcohol fatty liver disease in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the observation group,90 healthy person at the same time were selected as the control group.The plasma Fetuin-A expression level,blood lipid expression,cIMT,pulse wave velocity indexes and cardiovascular events rates of two groups were analyzed and compared,the blood lipid expression levels,cIMT,pulse wave velocity indexes and cardiovascular events rates of observation group with different plasma Fetuin-A expression level were compared.The correlation between the plasma Fetuin-A expression and blood lipid,cIMT,pulse wave velocity indexes and cardiovascular events were analyzed by Pearson analysis.Result:The plasma Fetuin-A expression level,blood lipid levels,cIMT,pulse wave velocity indexes and cardiovascular events rates of observation group were higher than those of control group;the blood lipid levels,cIMT,pulse wave velocity indexes and cardiovascular events rates of observation group with higher plasma Fetuin-A expression were all higher than those of patients with lower plasma Fetuin-A expression,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed the plasma Fetuin-A expression was positively correlated with blood lipid levels,cIMT,pulse wave velocity indexes and cardiovascular events(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression level of plasma Fetuin-A expression in patients with non-alcohol fatty liver disease has a great effect on atherosclerosis and cardiovascular events,and the plasma Fetuin-A expression of patients with non-alcohol fatty liver disease should be paid to more monitoring and improvement.
