摘要
在新常态下,我国房地产市场正在进行新一轮的调整。本文分析了中小房地产企业面临的形势和危机,提出了中小房地产企业战略转型思路和措施,要适应市场形势的变化,运用"小股操盘"轻资产运作模式,创新企业内部管理,创新产品与服务,重视品牌建设,实现中小房地产企业的战略转型与内部创新。
Under the new normal state,the real estate market of our country is undergoing a new round of adjustment.This paper analyzes the small and medium-sized real estate enterprises are facing the situation and crisis,proposed the small and medium-sized real estate enterprises strategic transformation of ideas and measures to adapt to the changing market situation,the use of"light asset management model of small stock trader,internal management innovation of enterprises,innovative products and services,pay attention to brand building,to achieve a strategic transformation and internal innovation of SMEs the real estate enterprise.
