摘要
《弱者的武器》是一部描述农业社会后期穷人与富人之间阶级斗争的著作,作者从农民的日常生活出发分析了以往未被关注的农民辛酸反抗的图景。社会转型时期的弱者实际上是由技术与阶级政治、国家政治以及政党政治共同塑造。斯科特分析了当地农民使用的多种"弱者的武器",但它们在新的经济社会环境下多半已经失去了效力。"弱者的武器"变迁过程也是边缘社会治理逻辑的变迁过程,在阶级统治、地方政府管理的逻辑下,弱者的武器分别表现为"基于日常生活的反抗"和"以法抗争"。地方治理逻辑具有诸多弊端,最终将走向国家治理的过程,弱者的武器也将在合作治理的过程中趋于平静。为此,合作治理将以公共利益为导向,采取公共对话的形式聚合公民的想象力。
The Weapons of the Weak is a book describing the class struggle between the poor and the rich in the late period of agricultural society.The author analyzes the bitter resistance of the farmers who have not been paid attention to in the daily life.The weak in the social transition period is actually made up of technology and class politics,state politics and political party politics.Scott analyzed the use of a variety of“weak weapons”for local farmers,but they have lost their effectiveness in the new economic and social environment.The changing process of the“weapon of the weak”is also the edge of social governance logic,in the logic of the ruling class,and the local government management,the weapon of the weak respectively for the performance of the"based on the daily life of resistance and resistance to the law.However,the logic of local governance has many drawbacks,which will eventually lead to the process of national governance,and the weapon of the weak will become calm in the process of cooperative governance.To this end,cooperative governance will be the public interest oriented,and take the form of public dialogue to aggregate the imagination of citizens.
