摘要
在锂离子电池电解液中添加2,3-二氟甲苯(2,3-Difluorotoluene),研究了其作为有机电解液的防过充添加剂的电化学性能,并对锂离子电池进行了线性扫描伏安测试、恒流恒压充放电测试、电化学阻抗分析、扫描电镜分析等测试.结果表明,添加剂2,3-二氟甲苯在高电压电池上过充至4.85V时开始发生聚合反应,能有效限制充电电流;含有2,3-二氟甲苯的电解液电池在高电压三元材料电池中的室温循环性能良好,在1C充放电循环100次后容量保持率为67.5%.
The electrochemical and safety performance of 2,3-Difluorotoluene used as an overcharge preventive was investigated in a lithium-ion battery.By means of linear scanning voltammetry,constant current charge/discharge test,electrochemical impedance analysis and SEM test,the results show that the polymerization of 2,3-Difluorotoluene occurred when the battery overcharged to 4.85 V.Polymerization product can effectively limit the charging current.The cell containing 2,3-Difluorotoluene has better cyclic performance at room temperature in a high voltage battery.The capacity retention rate is 67.5%after 100 cycles of 1C charging and discharging.
