摘要
目的探讨舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚靶控输注麻醉对卵巢囊肿患者腹腔镜手术术中血流动力学的影响。方法选取2015年6月—2017年5月本院72例卵巢囊肿患者,随机数字表法分组,各36例。予以两组腹腔镜手术,对照组连续静脉输注舒芬太尼+丙泊酚,实验组靶控输注舒芬太尼+丙泊酚。观察对比两组术中血流动力学变化[心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)]、麻醉效果。结果 T1、T2、T3、T4时实验组MAP、HR水平低于对照组,波动幅度小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组定向力恢复时间、睁眼时间、拔管时间、自主呼吸时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚靶控输注麻醉用于卵巢囊肿患者腹腔镜手术,具有术中血流动力学稳定、麻醉恢复快等特点。
Objective To investigate the effect of the target controlled infusion of sulfentanyl combined with propofol on the hemodynamics during the laparoscopic surgery of patients with ovarian cysts.Methods From June 2015 to May 2017,72 cases of ovarian cysts in our hospital were randomly divided into groups,36 cases in each.Based on two groups performed with the laparoscopic osurgery,the control group were injected continuously with sufentanil and propofol,and the experimental group was injected with the target controlled infusion of sulfentanyl combined with propofol.The changes of hemodynamics[heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP)]and the effect of anaesthesia in the two operation were observed and compared.Results At the time of T1,T2,T3 and T4,the levels of MAP and HR of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the fluctuation amplitude was less than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The directional force recovery time,eye opening time,extubation time and spontaneous breathing time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the target controlled infusion of sulfentanyl combined with propofol in the laparoscopic surgery of patients with ovarian cysts has the characteristics of hemodynamic stability during the operation and rapid recovery of anesthesia.
