摘要
目的:探讨白术通便饮治疗脾气虚弱型老年性功能性便秘的疗效。方法:收治老年性功能性便秘患者80例,随机分成观察组与对照组,各40例。观察组给予白术通便饮治疗,对照组给予乳果糖口服溶液治疗。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗期间不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用白术通便饮治疗脾气虚弱型老年性功能性便秘疗效显著,且不良反应少。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of atractylodes macrocephala catharsis drink on senile functional constipation of deficiency-weakness of spleen-QI type.Methods:80 cases of senile functional constipation were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with atractylodes macrocephala catharsis drink,and the control group were treated with lactulose oral solution.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Atractylodes macrocephala catharsis drink has significantly effect on senile functional constipation of deficiency-weakness of spleen-QI type,and the adverse reaction is less.
