摘要
针对发动机关键零部件加工误差统计传统分析方法,以分布曲线法和点图法为数学模型设计模块化分析系统.运用Visual Basic.NET(VB.NET)开发了数值化加工误差统计分析系统.经实例验证,系统实现了计算机软件对发动机关键零部件加工误差的统计分析,能够准确、快速、直观地对加工过程进行分析,为有效控制零部件加工误差提供了一种可靠的方法.
Aiming at the traditional statistical analysis method of machining error for the key parts of engine,the modular analysis system is designed by using the distributed curve method and the point diagram method as the mathematical model.The numerical statistical analysis system of machining error is developed by using VB.NET.An experiment verifies that computer software can achieve the statistical analysis of machining error for the key parts of engine and be used to analyze the process accurately,quickly and intuitively;therefore computer software is also regarded as a reliable method to control the machining errors of parts effectively.
