神农架高山水稻冷水红退化原因及提纯材料选择 被引量:1

摘要 针对神农架高山水稻冷水红的种植特点,分析其产生退化的原因,并对其3种类型材料的农艺性状和营养成分进行测定,确定适合神农架冷水红种质提纯复壮的类型,为冷水红种质保存和进一步开发利用提供品质保证。结果表明,种植户常年留种、机械收割混杂及不同水稻品种混种是造成冷水红退化的原因;大粒短芒型材料的穗长、一次枝梗数、二次枝梗数、穗粒数及千粒质量等均最高,显著高于其他2种类型材料,分别较小粒无芒型和大粒长芒型材料提高0.70 cm、2.00个、3.70个、31.00粒、3.00 g和1.20 cm、3.00个、7.50个、35.00粒、0.20 g;大粒短芒类型的脂肪含量和17种氨基酸总量均显著高于其他2种类型,分别较小粒无芒型、大粒长芒型提高2.79%、2.84%和7.27%、4.13%;直链淀粉和蛋白质含量均介于其他2种类型材料之间。综合分析,大粒短芒型是神农架冷水红理想的提纯材料。 In order to provide quality guarantee for germplasm conservation and development and utilization,we analyzed the plant trait and degraded reason of Lengshui red rice in high mountain of Shennongjia,measured the agronomic traits and nutritional ingredients of three types,finally found the Lengshui red rice type of purification and rejuvenation.The degraded reasons were planting reserved seed for a long time,mixing by machine harvest and mixed planting with deferent rice varieties.Compared to small grain with no awn type and big grain with long awn type,panicle length,number of primary branch,number of second branch and number of grain per panicle of big grain with short awn all increased by 0.7 cm,2.00,3.70,31.00,3.00 g,and 1.20 cm,3.00,7.50,35.00,0.20 g respectively.Compared to small grain with no awn and big grain with long awn types,fat and 17 amino acid contents of big grain with short awn significantly increased by 2.79%,2.84%and 7.27%,4.13%respectively.Amylose and protein contents of big grain with short awn type were between small grain with no awn type and big grain with long awn type.In summary,big grain with short awn type could be purified as Lengshui red rice germplasm in Shennongjia.
