摘要
文章通过文献调查法、网络调查法和案例分析法,对美国图书馆协会下属部门:儿童服务部门、青少年服务部门以及学校图书馆服务部门开展的在职教育现状进行了调查和分析,总结出美国儿童图书馆学在职教育的特点,以期为我国儿童图书馆学在职教育抛砖引玉。
Through literature survey,Internet investigation and case analysis,the paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of the in-service education conducted by subordinate departments of American Library Association:Association for Library Service to Children,Young Adult Library Services Association and American Association of School.The paper concludes the characteristics of the in-service education in children’s library in United States to provide reference for Chinese children’s library.
