库区连续刚构桥检测及承载能力分析 被引量:1

Inspection and Load Bearing Capacity of a Rigid-Frame Bridge in Reservoir Area

摘要 为加强对跨水域桥梁水下构件的检测评估意识,减少桥梁安全隐患,以三峡库区某连续刚构桥为研究对象,对全桥水上构件进行表观缺陷、材质状况与状态参数等检查;对水面下的主桥墩柱和承台进行水下摄像检查,并根据检测结果修正有限元模型后,按JTG/T J21—2011《公路桥梁承载能力检测评定规程》进行承载能力评估。结果表明,该桥现状承载能力和正常使用性能满足城-A级、人群荷载3.0kN/m^2与公路-I级、人群荷载3.0 kN/m^2的要求,但5#墩水下墩身有钢筋锈蚀现象,影响结构技术状况评估,并一定程度上造成了结构安全隐患。建议重视对水下墩柱及基础的检测,并保证一定的频次,以及时发现桥梁水下构件可能的病害情况。 To raise awareness of the importance and necessity of inspection of bridge underwater members to reduce hazards to bridges,a continuous rigid-frame bridge in Three Gorges Reservoir Area was selected,inspection carried out of visual defects,material status and parameters of its overwater members,and underwater videography conducted of piers and caps of main bridge.Based on the detection results the finite element model was modified,and the current load-bearing capacity of the bridge evaluated in accordance with the criteria of JTG/T J21-2011 Specification for Inspection and Evaluation of Load-bearing Capacity of Highway Bridges.The results show that the current load-bearing capacity and regular performance of the bridge satisfy the requirements of the A-Class City with a pedestrian load of 3.0 kN/m 2 and the Class-I Highway with a pedestrian load of 3.0 kN/m 2,but steel bar corrosion occurs in underwater shaft of Pier 5 that affects structural technical evaluation and may cause trouble for bridge security,and therefore inspections of underwater shafts and foundations should be seriously enforced with guaranteed frequencies so that damages in underwater parts of bridges can be detected in time before damage is made.
