绝经后女性2型糖尿病患者血脂血压以及骨质疏松的相关性分析 被引量:4

摘要 骨质疏松是绝经后女性常见疾病,也是2型糖尿病的重要并发症之一。女性随着绝经期的到来,内分泌状况以及血压、血脂水平发生改变,最为明显的是卵巢功能逐渐衰退所导致的性激素水平降低。已有研究证实了女性雌激素水平下降与胰岛素抵抗之间的关系;也有学者发现,2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血脂、血压、骨密度等与血糖水平之间有一定的关联[1,2]。本研究旨在探讨绝经期女性T2DM血脂、血压水平与骨质疏松(OP)的关系,为临床预防糖尿病骨质疏松提供参考。
