摘要
[目的]了解奥马哈系统在我国护理领域应用的现状。[方法]检索中国知网、万方和维普数据库,主题词或关键词为奥马哈系统、奥马哈、Omaha系统、护理,时间截止到2017年4月1日,对纳入的文献进行文献计量学分析。[结果]共检索到有效文献175篇,64篇获得了基金支持,第一篇文献发表在2005年,2015年开始明显增多,发表在我国护理核心期刊的文献和硕士研究生论文占总数的44.6%,文献主要来源于我国东部地区,大多数是以奥马哈系统为理论依据构建疾病的评估、干预及评价体系等。[结论]奥马哈系统在我国得到了快速的发展,应用领域也在逐渐扩大,但应用到教育方面及进行文化调试的研究较少,今后可开展此方面的研究并扩大奥马哈系统在护理中的应用。
Objective:To understand the application status quo of Omaha system in the nursing field in China.Methods:Literature with subjects headings:Omaha,Omaha,Ohama system,and nursing was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang and VIP database(from beginning to Apr 1th,2017),then analyzed them by bibliometric analysis.Results:A total of 175 pieces of literature were retrieved effectively,including 64 supported by the fund.the first published article was in 2005,and the number increased dramatically from 2015.Literature published in Chinese core periodical and graduate student papers accounted for 44.6%of the total.The literature mainly from the eastern areas of China.Most literature focused on the construction of disease assessment,intervention,and evaluation system with the Omaha system as the theoretical basis.Conclusion:The Omaha system developed fast in China,and the applied fields expanded gradually.However,the literature applied in education and the adjustment of the culture was less than other fields.The research on these fields could be carried out in the future and the application of Omaha system in the nursing field could be expanded
