摘要
石化厂烯烃装置GB501丙烯压缩机控制系统采用西门子S7-414 HF故障安全系统,自2003年投入使用至今,故障频发,尽管采取了一些技改技措,但设备隐患并没有得到根本性的改变,给石化厂乙烯装置安全稳定生产和火炬平稳燃放带来巨大压力。对烯烃装置GB501压缩机停车案例进行分析,并研究处理方法,通过改造,从根本上解决了故障问题,控制系统得以优化,稳定性有了显著提高,运行达到了预期效果,为大机组的安、稳、长、满、优提供了有效的保障。
The control system of GB501 propylene compressor in alkene plant of petrochemical plant adopts Siemens S7-414 HF fault safety system.Since 2003,it has been put into use since 2003.However,the hidden trouble of the equipment has not been fundamentally changed,which brings great pressure to the safety and stability of production of ethylene plant in petrochemical plant and the steady flaring of the torch.Analysis of B501 compressor parking case,and study the processing method,through the transformation,from the fundamental solution to the problem,the control system can be optimized,stability has been significantly improved,the operation to achieve the desired effect,for large units,steady,long,full,and provides effective protection.
