摘要
目的探讨腮腺基底细胞腺瘤的超声特征,提高超声诊断准确率。方法回顾性分析20例经手术病理证实的腮腺基底细胞腺瘤的声像图特征,并对照病理进行分析。结果腮腺基底细胞腺瘤100%边界清晰、内部无钙化,形态70%为椭圆形或类圆形,30%为分叶状,内部60%为低回声,40%为混合回声,血流分级0级10%,Ⅰ级25%,Ⅱ级30%,Ⅲ级35%。结论腮腺基底细胞腺瘤的声像图具有一定特征,超声检查对其诊断及鉴别具有重要价值。
Objective To evaluate the ultrasound characteristics of basal cell adenoma of parotid gland and to improve the ultrasound diagnostic accuracy for the tumor.Methods The ultrasound imagings of 20 basal cell adenomas of parotid gland which were pathologically confirmed were analyzed retrospectively in contrast with pathology.Results 100%basal cell adenomas of parotid gland showed clear boundary and contained no calcification.70%showed oval or round shape and 30%showed lobulated shape.60%lesions showed hypoecho,40%contained anechoic area and showed mixed echo.10%lesions showed 0 grade blood flow,25%showed I grade blood flow,30%showedⅡgrade blood flow and 35%showedⅢgrade blood flow.Conclusion The ultrasonic manifestation of basal cell adenoma of parotid gland has its own characteristics.Ultrasound is valuable for its diagnosis and differentiation.
