摘要
文中采用室内挂片失重法,选择川渝地区某气田内部集输管道管输天然气中的CO_2分压、温度T、产出水中的pH值、Ca^(2+)/Mg^(2+)浓度、Cl^-浓度、SO_4^(2-)浓度、HCO_3^-浓度共7个腐蚀影响因素为子因素,以腐蚀速率为母因素,进行动态腐蚀模拟实验,并应用灰关联理论的分析方法对这7种影响因素进行排序,以确定不同影响因素对地面集输管道(20G钢)的腐蚀影响规律。研究分析结果表明:对该条集输气管道腐蚀影响程度较大的因素依次为CO_2分压和温度。
In this paper,indoor hanging chip weightlessness method was adopted.Seven corrosion influence factors were as sub-factors including some gas field in Sichuan and Chongqing area internal gathering pipeline CO 2 partial pressure in the pipeline transportation gas,temperature[WTBX]T[WTBZ],the pH value of produced water,Ca 2+/Mg 2+concentration,Cl-concentration,SO 2-4 cocentration and HCO-3 concentration.The corrosion rate was as generating factors,the dynamic corrosion simulation experiment was conducted and the analysis method of grey correlation theory was applied to rank the seven factors to determine the influence of different influencing factors on the corrosion of the ground collecting pipeline(20G steel).The results show that the major factors affecting the corrosion of the gas pipeline are CO 2 partial pressure and temperature in turn.
