机械化补口冬季低温环境下适应性施工技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 根据中俄原油管道二线机械化补口技术质量要求,开展机械化补口冬季低温环境下适应性施工技术研究。通过现场试验研究分析,总结出管道补口部位加热温度上升及下降变化规律,确定了现场施工工艺参数,优化了防腐补口工艺规程。中俄原油管道二线第一、四标段优先采用了机械化补口工艺进行3LPE补口,经冬季施工验证,补口施工效率和补口质量得到有效提高。 According to the technical quality requirements of mechanized joint coating of China-Russia crude oil pipeline second-line,the adaptive construction technology research on mechanized joint coating was carried out in the winter low-temperature environment.Through the field test and analysis,the rising and dropping of the heating temperature of the pipe joint coating were summarized.The parameters of the construction process were determined.The process of anti-corrossion joint cooting process was optimized.The first and fourth phase of China-Russia crude oil pipeline second-line were given priority to the use of mechanized mending technology for 3LPE patch,which is verified by winter construction,by which the efficiency of the efficiency and the quality of the joint coating were improved effectively.
