摘要
《中国制造2025》将高档数控机床的应用和研发作为重要战略部署,这必将对企业的人才结构和技能水平提出新的要求。在对数控类人才需求的结构变化及人才培养现状进行分析的基础上,明确数控设备应用与维护专业人才培养方面存在的不足,确定与《中国制造2025》相对接的人才培养规格,并提出数控设备应用与维护人才培养的有效途径。
"Made in China 2025"takes the application and development of high-grade CNC as an important strategic plan,which will bring new requirements for the structure and skill level of enterprises.Based on the analysis of the structural changes in the demands for CNC talents and the present situation of talents training,this paper identifies the shortcomings in professional training in the CNC equipment application and maintenance,determines the talent training standards in relation to"Made in China 2025",and puts forward the effective ways of cultivating talents of CNC equipment application and maintenance.
