一种新型保温柔性一体管的防结露实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 保温柔性一体管由内层水管和外敷保温层通过整体式复合工艺制成,内管为规格dn25×en2.3mm的PERT管,外敷保温层为聚乙烯材料通过化学交联闭孔发泡而成。内部水管和外部保温层之间无缝贴合,保温性能良好。近年来逐渐在户式中央空调水系统中推广使用。对保温柔性一体管的保冷层绝热经济厚度和防结露厚度进行计算,并对该管道穿越非空调区域时保冷层表面的防结露特性进行实验研究。研究表明:该保温柔性一体管防结露性能良好,在不同工况条件下,选择相应保冷层厚度的管道可承担空调系统输送冷水的需求。 Insulated flexible pipe by the inner pipe and external thermal insulation layer which is made by the integral composite process,the inner tube is the PERT tube of specification dn25 x en2.3mm,topical thermal insulation layer of polyethylene materials through chemical cross-linked of closed-cell foam.The inner water pipe fits seamlessly with the topical thermal insulation layer,and the insulation performance is good.In recent years,it has been widely used in household central air-conditioning water system.In this paper,the thickness of condensation prevention and adiabatic economic thickness of the pipeline were calculated,and experiment study the surface condensation features of the pipeline working through the Non-Air-Conditioned zone.The research shows that the insulation of the flexible pipe can be used to carry cold water in the air conditioning system unde r different working conditions
