2543名军事飞行人员牙周炎的流行病学调查分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解飞行人员口腔健康状况和牙周炎流行情况,为降低飞行人员牙周炎发病率、提高飞行人员口腔健康水平提供临床依据。方法共调查飞行人员2543人,筛选出牙周炎患者,应用SPSS 18.0软件进行统计分析。结果共有639人诊断为牙周炎,患病率为25.13%。吸烟组牙周炎患病率高于不吸烟组(P<0.01);不同年龄组飞行人员牙周炎患病率不同(P<0.01),50岁以上年龄组患病率最高;不同飞行时间组飞行人员牙周炎患病率不同(P<0.01),飞行时间大于4000 h者,牙周炎患病率最高;不同机型飞行人员牙周炎患病率不同(P<0.01),歼击机飞行人员患病率最高;患重度深覆牙合的飞行人员,牙周炎患病率高于正常咬合的飞行人员(P<0.01)。结论飞行人员牙周炎患病率与年龄、飞行时间、机型、吸烟及错牙合畸形高度相关。 Objective To investigate the oral health condition and prevalence of periodontitis among some military flight crews in order to offer clinical evidence for decreased incidence of periodontitis and enhance the oral health of flight crews.Methods 2543 flight crews were investigated and periodontitis patients were diagnosed.The data was analyzed by SPSS software.Results In the total of 639 flight crews diagnosed with periodontitis,the incidence was 25.13%.Periodentitis was more prevalent in the smoking group than in the non-smoking group(P<0.01).The incidence of periodentitis varied in different age groups and was the highest in the group above 50 years old(P<0.01).Prevalence was also different between flight crews of different planes(P<0.01)and the flight crews of fighter planes had the highest prevalence.Periodentitis was more prevalent in flight crews with severe deep overbite than in those with normal occlusion(P<0.01).Conclusion The incidence of periodentitis among flight crews is closely realted to age,flight time,types of planes,smoking and malocclusion.
