摘要
PET瓶级聚酯切片(简称瓶片)密度的测试根据国标GB 17931-2003规定采用密度梯度法,此方法配制密度梯度液过程繁琐,所需试剂对人体毒害大且测试结果的误差大。本文通过对采用浸渍法原理的密度天平测试过程的改进,使用无毒的无水乙醇试剂作为浸渍液用于PET瓶级聚酯切片密度的测试并分析了各个因素对测试结果的影响,用此方法提高了测试结果的准确度和精密度。
According to GB 17931-2003,density gradient method was used to test the density of PET bottle chip.The process of preparing density gradient solution by this method was tedious,the reagent needed was toxic to human body and the error of test result was large.In this paper,by improving the density balance test process based on impregnation principle,we use non-toxic anhydrous ethanol reagents as impregnated liquid for testing the density of PET bottle grade polyester chip.The influence of various factors on the test results was analyzed,and the accuracy and precision of the test results were improved.
