摘要
为减少冷链物流的碳排放量,研究碳规则下生鲜农产品冷链配送路径优化问题。在有容量限制且带时间窗的车辆路径规划模型的基础上,构建考虑货损成本和燃油消耗率的生鲜农产品冷链配送路径模型,并用遗传算法求解。通过考虑碳税和碳限两种碳规则,优化生鲜农产品冷链配送路径。算例分析表明模型是有效的。对相关参数的灵敏度分析可为政府碳规则选用和企业运作管理提供参考。
To alleviate the carbon emission caused by cold chain logistics,the optimization of cold chain distribution route of fresh agricultural products under carbon regulations is studied.Based on the vehicle routing planning model with time window and capacity limit,the cargo loss cost and the fuel consumption rate are considered to construct the cold chain distribution route model of fresh agricultural products.The genetic algorithm is used to solve the model.The two carbon regulations of carbon tax and carbon cap are considered to optimize the cold chain distribution route of fresh agricultural products.Example analysis shows that the model is effective.The sensitivity analysis of the relevant parameters can provide reference for government carbon regulation selection and company operation management.
