井壁冻结压力及外井壁钢筋应力实测

摘要 以某矿风井为工程背景,根据该井筒基岩埋藏特点和冻结段施工情况,分别对距井口632 m、841 m两个水平层位冻结压力、外井壁钢筋受力情况以及井筒施工期间井壁位移进行了实测,结果表明:钢筋应力随时间的变化规律与冻结压力随时间的变化规律相似,其压应力最大值均小于钢筋的屈服强度;冻结施工时其最大冻结压力随时间变化具有函数关系;对于粗粒砂岩来说,前9天冻结压力呈线性增长态势,冻结压力达到最大值的95%,再往后冻结压力增幅不大,大致在冻结压力最大值左右变动。 Based on the engineering in a mine ventilation w ell,combined with the characteristics of the bedrock and the construction conditions of the freezing section,the pressure of freezing w all,stress of steel bars in external shaft wall and well all displacement at 632 m and 841 m from the wellhead are measured respectively.The results show that the variation law of steel stress over time is similar to that of the freezing pressure,and the maximum pressure of freezing wall is less than the yield strength of the steel bar;The maximum freezing pressure changes with time(luring freezing construction in a functional way;for coarse-grained sandstone,the freezing pressure increases linearly for the first 9 days,and the freezing pressure reaches a maximum of 95%,and the freezing pressure does not increase much in the future,but changes roughly around the maximum freezing pressure.
