摘要
通过多种大型仪器的综合分析,确定丙烯腈装置丙烯腈吸收塔聚合物中的主要成分是各种单体共聚而成,并且共聚物中丙烯酸、氢氰酸的H+离子被各种金属阳离子取代,形成了难溶的高分子盐类物质。为找出抑制这些物质的产生及有效清除此类聚合物的对策提供了可靠的技术依据。
The main component of the polymer from acrylonitrile absorption tower was determined to be the copolymer of various monomer by comprehensive analysis with multiple large-scale instruments,hydrogen ion in the acrylic acid and hydrocyanic acid of the copolymer were substituted by various metal cation,insoluble high molecular salt was formed,which provided reliable technical basis for prevention of generation and removal of the polymers.
