摘要
为了适应时代要求和基础教育改革需要,传统教育学专业需要进行新的人才培养模式改革。教育学专业作为传统教师教育专业,目前面临着诸多困境。重庆师范大学教育学专业近三年来开展了本硕一体化人才培养模式改革,主要从人才培养目标、人才培养方案、课程体系、教学计划、管理水平、支持系统等方面进行深入系统的探索与实践,并初步取得了较为显著的成效。
In response to the requirements of the times and the needs of basic education reform,the traditional pedagogical specialty needs to carry out a new model of talent training.As a typical traditional teacher education,pedagogy is facing a lot of development difficulties at present.In recent three years,the education major of Chongqing Normal University has carried out a reform of undergraduate-postgraduate integration talents cultivation pattern,mainly exploring and practicing talents cultivation program,teaching plan,management level,and supporting system,which has made a relatively remarkable progress.
