摘要
清华简《子犯子余》是一篇有重要思想价值的出土文献。简文以对话的形式,借子犯、子余和蹇叔之口,表达了文献作者的治国理念。简文所体现的"节中于天"的思想与孟子重"道德之天"的哲学观有一定的相似性,言公子重耳的行为合乎义理及其天命。同时,简文将"民心""天命"并举,把民心上升至天命的高度,述说民心难成或易成取决于"居上位之人",此观点在《孟子》一书中也有类似内容,重在说明以德化民,施德政的重要性。《子犯子余》与《孟子》"民心""天命"思想的比较,将有助于我们理解先秦时期的社会政治思想。
Zifan Ziyu is an excavated texts with important thought value.In this paper,the author of the text expresses his ideas of governing through the words of Zifan,Ziyu and Jianshu.There are a number of similarities between the minds of compromising decrees of heaven and the will of maximizing the moral heaven by Mencius,stating that the behavior of Chonger accords with the morality and the decrees of heaven.At the same time,the text advances the minds of people and the decrees of heaven,and rises the minds of people to the height of the decrees of heaven,declaring whether to attain the minds of the people depends on the ruler,and this view is similar to the minds of The Works of Mencius,which aims to stress the importance of the virtue of the sovereign and the idea of a benevolent government.The comparison of the minds of people and the decrees of heaven in Zifan Ziyu and The Works of Mencius will help one to understand the social and political thought in early Qin dynasty.
