摘要
目的探讨无缝隙护理管理在ICU优质护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2014年1月至2016年12月ICU收治的160例住院患者,随机分为研究组(n=85)和对照组(n=75),对照组患者给予常规护理,研究组患者建立无缝隙护理管理运行模式进行护理服务。观察两组患者护理质量及护理满意度。结果研究组患者的护理质量优良率、护理操作优秀率、护理文件合格率显著高对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者的安全感、满足感、尊重感及整体护理满意度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无缝隙护理管理模式能够提高ICU护理工作质量和患者满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of gap-free management in the nursing quality of ICU.Methods From January 2014 to December 2016,160 inpatients in ICU were randomly divided into study group(n=85)and control group(n=75).The control group was given conventional nursing,while the study group established gap-free management operation mode for nursing services.The quality of nursing and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results The excellent rate of nursing quality,the excellent rate of nursing operation and the qualified rate of nursing documents in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of safety,satisfaction,respectability and overall nursing satisfaction of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gap-free management operation mode can improve the quality of ICU nursing work and patients'satisfaction.
