摘要
目的研究黛力新联合多潘立酮片治疗伴有焦虑及抑郁状态的功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效。方法将我院消化内科收治的100例FD患者按等距随机抽样法分成治疗组及对照组,每组50例。对照组患者给予多潘立酮片治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用黛力新治疗,疗程均为4周。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的抑郁、焦虑评分显著低于治疗前与对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的抑郁、焦虑评分及减分率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前、后的抑郁及焦虑评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者均未发生腹泻、口干、恶心等不良反应,治疗后复查心电图、血常规及肝肾功等均无明显异常。结论与单纯使用多潘立酮相比,黛力新联合多潘立酮片可显著提高治疗FD的疗效,不良反应少,可在临床应用推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of deanxit in combination with domperidone on functional dyspep原sia(FD)combined anxiety and depression.Methods A total of 100 patients treated for gastroenterology in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with systematic random sumpling,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with domperidone capsules,while the treatment group was treated with deanxit on the basis of the control group.All the patients were treated for 4 weeks.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,which was higher than 70.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the depression and anxiety scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment and the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the depression and anxiety scores and reducing rates in the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in depression and anxiety scores in the control group before and after treat-ment(P>0.05).No adverse reactions such as diarrhea,dry mouth and nausea occurred in both groups,and there was no significant abnormality in the electrocardiogram,blood routine,liver and kidney function of patients after treatment.Con-clusion Deanxit in combination with domperidone in patinets with FD can significantly improve the effect,with less adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
