摘要
目的研究兰索拉唑和奥美拉唑配合抗生素治疗酒精型消化溃疡的临床疗效。方法选择2016年1月至2017年3月来我院治疗的80例酒精型消化溃疡患者,按照入院治疗的先后顺序分为A组与B组,其中为A组的40例患者运用兰索拉唑配合抗生素治疗,为B组的40例患者运用奥美拉唑配合抗生素治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果治疗后,两组患者的临床症状均得到相应的改善,其中A组患者的腹痛和反酸症状发生率显著低于B组(P<0.05);A组不良反应总发生率为10.00%,明显低于B组的40.00%(P<0.05)。A组患者的治疗总有效率为97.50%,而B组为82.50%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论兰索拉唑与奥美拉唑在治疗酒精型消化溃疡方面均具有一定的疗效,其中兰索拉唑治疗总有效率更高,不良反应更少。
Objective To study the efficacy of lansoprazole and omeprazole combined with antibiotics in the treatment of alcoholic type peptic ulcer.Methods Eighty cases of patients with alcoholic type peptic ulcer admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2017 were selected,and divided into group A and group B according to the admission order,with 40 cases in each group.The group A was treated with lansoprazole combined with antibiotics,and the group B was treated with omeprazole combined with antibiotics,then the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical symptoms of both groups improved correspondingly.The incidence rates of abdominal pain and acid reflux symp-toms in group A were significantly lower than those in the group B(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the group A was 10.00%,which was significantly lower than 40.00%in the groupB(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treat-ment in the group A was 97.50%,while it was 82.50%in the group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lansoprazole and omeprazole both has certain curative effect in the treatment of alcoholic type peptic ulcer,but the former has higher total effective rate and fewer adverse reactions.
