摘要
亚麻籽是亚麻科植物亚麻的种子,是一种重要的经济油料作物;依据GB 5009.124-2016《食品安全国家标准食品中氨基酸的测定》的方法对9种不同产地及种皮颜色的亚麻籽中氨基酸组成成分及含量进行研究。结果表明,亚麻籽中氨基酸含量在15%以上,并且不同亚麻籽中16种氨基酸含量的比例近乎一致,其中人体必需的7种氨基酸平均含量可达6.02%,除甲硫氨酸含量略低,其它必需氨基酸均符合或接近WHO/FAO规定的适宜人体氨基酸模式的要求。可以作为新食品原料或补充氨基酸的功能食品加以开发。
Flaxseed was linaceae flax plant seeds,it was one of the important economic crops.The content of amino acid in flaxseed was above 15%,and the ratio of 16 kinds of amino acids in different flaxseed was almost the same,the average amount of 7 necessary amino acids for human body was up to 6.02%,except methionine content was slightly lower,other essential amino acids were qualified or closed to the requirements of the WHO/FAO for the appropriate human amino acid pattern;it could be developed as a new food raw material or functional food for amino acid supplement,that was showed in the method of GB 5009.124-2016 which studied the composition and content of amino acids in 9 flaxseeds with different origin and seed color.
